FOOTBALL4ALL Gala Day: Football NSW invites all special needs children and young people to join us for the inaugural FOOTBALL4ALL Gala Day. The Football4all Gala Day is an opportunity for children and young people with a disability who are currently registered with a Football NSW Special Needs program, club or association or an invited disability group to enjoy a wonderful day of football and activities with family and friends.

TIME: 9am to 3pm approx. Presentation to all players at conclusion.

Red Cards: If a player gets a red card, the coach or manger ONLY needs to identify from the ref AFTER the game what is the send off code. Once you have the code, you can identify from the penalty sheet if you wish to appeal the penalty. If you do, you need to attend the GHFA P&D committee the Tuesday following the offense from 7:30pm and send a report to the president of WPHC club. NB:A red card is an automatic 1 match suspension that you CANNOT appeal.

Small Sided Games (SSG) for Minis: The 2008 season will see several changes in these age groups.  We are guided by our national body (FFA), our state body (FNSW) and our local association (GHFA) in converting these age groups into a playing concept know as Small Sided Games (SSG). The primary benefits of SSG has been increased player enjoyment and increased player skill levels, based on the increased ability to be involved in the game and have more ‘touches’ of the ball.
