Registration Information for Season 2008

A special registration session for AA and O35 will be held at WPH Sports Club on Thursday 21st Feb, from 7:30-9:30pm. 

Please bring a completed registration form and payment ($190 for students with ID, otherwise $230).

Coach & Manger Photo IDs:

We need to take photos of all Coaches and managers so they can be registered with the GHFA and have ID cards printed. As they will be needed for the start of the season it is essential we catch everyone by 29th March or we cannot promise to have the cards available. We will therefore have photo sessions at the following times at 5 Parkhill Crescent, Cherrybrook:

• Thurs 20th 7pm-9pm

• Tues 25th 7pm-9pm

• Wed 26th 7pm-9pm

• Fri 28th 7pm-9pm

• Sat 29th 1pm-4pm
  

If you are a coach or manager of a team this season and you have not already had your photograph taken please attend one of the sessions (as above) and come along to register with us.

Note: The above sessions can also be used to make late registrations of players.

West Pennant Hills - Cherrybrook Soccer Club is one of the largest football clubs in NSW with more than 1300 registered players last season. We have teams in the following competitions:

	Minis - mixed boys and girls teams in a non-competitive environment
	Mens - from U9 to Premier League and Over 35s
	Ladies - from U10 to All Age
	Special Needs - for players from approx 5 to 14 years of age

For the 2008 Season the GHFA are implementing a new registration system (Compman) in conjunction with issuing laminated photo ID cards. This system is being used by more than 20 other associations and will provide benefits for everyone. However, in the first year we will require all players to turn up to one of the two registration days to have their photo taken and digitally stored in the new system. Photos will then need to be updated once every 3 years (minis/juniors) and once every 5 years (seniors). There will be no charge for rego photos.

 

Please note:

• If you do not have your photo taken you will not be able to be registered for the 2008 season.

• Registrations by mail cannot be accepted for the 2008 season

 

Please complete the appropriate form (refer links below) and bring it with you on the day to speed processing.

• Please note that we will NOT accept registration forms without full payment.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: All registrations received after Registration day will be entered on a numbered waitlist. Allocation to a team is not guaranteed for waitlisted registrations.

 

This year the Club will again be entering Ladies Soccer teams in the Sunday competition (U10 to All Age – Note: where insufficient numbers register, some age groups may be combined).

 

All manner of gear (Boots, Socks, Jackets, Shorts etc) will also be available for purchase on the day.

 

Cheques must be made out to: “WPHC Soccer Club Inc.”  Credit Card payments (Visa, M/C & B/C) can be made on Rego Day.
